Ingredients
- Tomatoes | 3-4 large
- Fresh Mozzarella | 4 oz
- Fresh Basil | 1 bunch
- Sacha Inchi Oil | 2 Tbsp
- Salt and Pepper | To taste
Directions
- Slice the tomatoes, discarding the ends. Cut the mozzarella into 2- to 3-inch round slices. Remove 8 basil leaves from the stems.
- On each of 4 plates, stack the salad with one slice of tomato, a basil leaf, one slice of mozzarella cheese, one slice of tomato, and top with basil leaf. Garnish with a drizzle of sacha inchi oil. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
