Mix equally into 2 bowls: 2 teaspoons of Maca Magic™, 1 mango, apple or orange deseeded and cubed, 1 banana sliced, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, soaked and chopped, 1/4 cup almonds, soaked and chopped, 1/4 cup buckwheaties (buckwheat groats soaked 8-12 hours and air-dried or dehydrated) and 1/8 cup dried cranberries. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of Maca Magic™. Add milk. Serves 2.
