I have tried a number of Yacon syrup products and this one is by far the smoothest, sweetest brand. With some of the others I’ve had problems with the syrup hardening in the bottom of the bottle- making it less sweet and terribly expensive for 4 oz of syrup. I will buy this brand again, as soon as they have it in stock.
