Agaricus Sun Supreme™ is an edible mushroom discovered in 1960 by Japanese researcher, Takatoshi Furumoto, in the small village of Piedade in Sao Paolo, Brazil. Takatoshi sent the mushroom to Japan for analysis and discovered that it has a higher degree of protein and carbohydrates than most other mushrooms.
