General

  • We gladly accept your check, however there is a $ 25.00 fee for all returned checks.
  • regular shipping and handling.
  • We gladly accept these credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
  • For international orders:
    • You must obtain a conversion code from you card issuing company to enter under the “zip code” section of the billing information.
    • You may also contact us for wire transfer information.

Return Policy

  • Within 7 days of purchase, items that are unopened, with seal intact, may be returned by calling 541- 846-6222
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for all approved returned items.
  • Items returned without approval will not be refunded.
  • No shipping will be refunded.
  • Regarding credit back for online orders: there is a minimal service fee deducted for charges incurred to have this applied back to credit card.

Privacy Statement

Information about our customers is important to us and rest assured we do NOT sell it or give it away to others.

The only information about you that Herbs America gathers is the information you give us when you order our products online or by calling us- and we use that for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.

As far as how secure the information you do give us is, we work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
